We collated all the feedback received from stakeholders through our conversations and through our online consultation and used this feedback to fundamentally shape our final planning application.

We are excited by the opportunity to re-imagine this area of the City, ‘the Fenchurch Triangle’, as a vibrant place of economic and social activity, which delivers on the City of London’s aspirations for a 24/7 City.

We have now submitted a formal planning application to the City of London Corporation and expect the application to be considered at the City of London Planning and Transportation Committee in the coming months.
