We believe that the proposals can play a key part in the Corporation’s vision for the future and the City’s post COVID recovery.

The Ploberger Hotel Group
We are a specialist, family run, hotel owner and operator. We currently operate two award winning, four star hotels in Prague and another in Wels near Salzburg.
The Group also has significant experience in London. Between 2011 – 2015, we developed the Grade II listed Bow Street Magistrates Court and Police Station in Westminster (above). We achieved planning permission and heritage consent for a new 100 room boutique hotel, complete with two high quality restaurants and bars.

Sheppard Robson embrace a design approach that balances bold architectural vision and a sensitive response to the urban context. Projects such as the Barts Square redevelopment and Citicape House in the City (opposite) illustrate a commitment to transforming redundant sites and creating ambitious new mixed use neighbourhoods and buildings focussed around a vibrant public realm and a strong sustainability ethic. All of which will be enshrined in the proposals for Boundary House.
